The long weekend is finally here and we are PUMPED do nothing but relax and take it easy all weekend long. And you should be too! To all of you hard working women out there, you definitely deserve some much needed YOU time!!

So, whether you are at a cottage this long weekend, going somewhere with your friends, or staying home — we have 10 serene ways to help you de-stress!

Trust us, give yourself at least a minimum of 5 minutes of YOU time this weekend, and you will be able to do something from the list of activities we curated for you. You won’t regret it!

1. Start writing in a journal!
