The Overhaul

Overhauls and personal shopping experiences include our services only, which leaves you entirely in control of setting your shopping budget.

That’s entirely up to you! We’ve had experience with all kinds of different budgets, and we’re experts at making recommendations that suit your style and budget. When we get to know you via your intake forms, you’ll provide us with an idea of what your budget is. We will make it work!

Of course! We have worked with clients that have conditions requiring specific consideration and accommodations, and/or value-based style preferences. Overhauls and personal shopping are truly designed to help with these kinds of specific requests.

This is our most comprehensive service that gives you a totally revamped wardrobe with a ton of style options! It begins with a closet edit where you purge Purge PURGE everything that’s not serving you anymore (don’t worry - we give you full instructions how you need to do this!!!), we connect and look at what remains in your closet (and anything you were unsure of when you did your edit) and decide the TRUE keepers. Then we get to work to provide you with your list of recommended items for purchase - all linked for easy shopping - and then proceed with a try-on, any remaining recommendations or replacements, and we provide you style boards giving you tons of options for mixing and matching your wardrobe.... And you feel like a brand new fabulous human!

An overhaul takes about 4 weeks to complete from the time you start your edit, to receiving your
final style boards. It’s important clients understand that the process requires time commitment to edit, connect for appointments, try-ons, and shopping. We’ll reach out at the beginning of the month in order to begin the process. At this point we will obtain all of your ino and book your appointments for the month to keep things on track.

The overhaul is the only service where we offer a wardrobe edit and some clients purchase the service to do the edit with us, and have our team create style boards out of what remains - that’s cool! If you simply want to add to your closet, consider purchasing multiple personal shopping hours to get the items you’re specifically looking for.

Several options to help: personal shopping hours still connect you to a stylist for personalized recommendations, and you purchase as many hours as you’d like; style guides are a great way to get the expertise of a stylist, and are designed to suit the masses on a range of different style themes.; membership is great value to gain access to ALL the style guides we sell, a style library, and more exclusive content and offers; check Instagram and Pinterest for so much FREE content and style advice and honest recommendations.

You can purchase the product using your email so it doesn’t spoil the surprise. When you give your gift, the recipient can reach out to us to schedule their service. If you need help coordinating this, get in touch! (Did you know we have video greetings you can gift with this service???)

Rarely does someone require a secondary FULL overhaul, but you might want incremental wardrobe support seasonally or for special occasions, and/or life changes. Get in touch and we can help with either personal shopping hours, or specialized rates for a refresh (a special perk for past overhaul clients!)

Stylist By The Hour

That depends on what you’re looking for and how many options you’d like. Normally one hour of personal shopping will provide a couple of options for head to toe ensembles with accessory & styling options OR several options of one type of request (i.e. I NEED NEW toppers, denim, pants or dresses).

When you you purchase personal shop hours, you’ll fill out a personalized intake form for your stylist to work with, and they’ll spend that shopping hour scouting out options for you, and styling it all to send back to you! These requests are fulfilled via email, and if a stylist requires more info or thinks a virtual connect is necessary, they’ll get in touch. Options are sent in a PDF file with shoppable links for easy purchasing.

This service is turned around quickly, so depending on the request it could take up to 1-2 weeks. Please be sure if your request is timely, or for an event, you leave ample time for shopping! On the other hand, don’t purchase the service too far in advance if you’re not prepared to shop right away - we don’t want those shoppable links to go stale or sell out!

The majority of our personal shopping hours are virtual. For people that live in the GTA we will meet you at Sherway Gardens Mall to do personal in-person shopping.

You may want to consider membership for even further value because for almost the price of ONE guide monthly, you can get access to ALL the guides we sell + a ton of other benefits!

We audit the guides regularly to ensure there’s ample sizes and stock available with retailers, to avoid disappointment. If too many items sell out, or there’s not ample stock available, we remove the guide. We use our discretion when conducting weekly audits to ensure customers get the most value out of our guides!!!

You’ll be able to check out all the guides we sell, a style library, a list of brand discount codes (we’re always updating), an invite to our members only Facebook group, exclusive content, and first access to our sales, special releases, and events. Note: it’s important to keep your payment details up to date; if your billing payment is declined, membership is automatically cancelled. Let us help, on time and on budget. We’ll meet via Zoom to discuss your ideas & needs, assess how we can help, and then get shopping! We’ll provide options & mood boards, then you manage the ordering and install! We’ll reach out after purchase to schedule your Zoom meeting; turnaround is 2 weeks or less.

The completion of one room/space is included in the price of the mini makeover. If additional time or areas are needed, we reserve the right to refund and recommend the purchase of an additional mini
makeover or full service design.

When you’re ready to order & start receiving your items!

Ideally it would be great to ‘meet’ with clients in the space - give us a tour, and have a look around - and have measurements/drawings ready to share. You can leave everything else to us, and we welcome clients providing us Pinterest/vision boards if this is something you’ve put together! This is not necessary of course, but helps to give us a sense of the aesthetic you prefer.

That totally depends on the client, the space, what we’re shopping for, etc. It would be a good idea to have a number you’re comfortable with in mind, and the design team will be able to work with the budget you’ve allocated, and provide honest feedback about what to expect within any budgetary constraints.

This is something that rarely happens, since we connect with clients virtually to determine what you are looking for, and understand any style preferences for your space. If you are unhappy with our selections, we encourage you to get in touch and we’ll find the right solution.

The process can take 1-1.5 weeks to complete.

We will ask you in the Zoom call if you would like some styling options in your moodboards. This lets you know what style and decor you should look for while styling your room.

Yes! We know multiple companies that carry durable, pre-treated fabrics. As designers,, it is our job to choose fabrics and furniture that best meet the clients needs.

the studio

No refund, only studio credit for cancelled bookings (feel free reschedule at a time that best suits

Please note that there are two flights of exterior stairs to access our studio, and the washroom is not equipped with accessibility aids at this time.

We have wardrobe racks, a projector and ring light available for these sessions. And of course the furniture and styling items that are in space, as well as a closet full of fun styling options for you to choose from!

The studio is not licenced and if a booked event is serving alcohol, we require you to provide us a copy of the Special Occasion Permit you’ve purchased for the event (SOP’s are available through LCBO locations at the Customer Service Desk). We will also require you to provide a copy of your bar/service contract to prove you have Smart Serve Certified staff onsite.
