CGSI Membership

Membership is great value to gain access to ALL things CGSI!!! You’ll be able to check out all the guides we sell, our 5 step method to building a wardrobe you love, a style library, a list of brands we love, an invite to our members only Facebook group, exclusive content, and more!

Membership is billed monthly based on when you originally signed up, and can be cancelled at any time; please note that as soon as membership is cancelled, so too is access.

In order to change your membership plan you’ll have to cancel you current membership plan and re-sign up with the new payment plan you’d like. Should you need further assistance, please contact hello@charlygoss.com

We audit the guides regularly to ensure there’s ample sizes and stock available with retailers, to avoid disappointment. If too many items sell out, or there’s not ample stock available, we remove the guide. We use our discretion when conducting weekly audits to ensure customers get the most value out of our guides!!!

We always aim for all the pieces in our guides to be accessible for everyone. Brands we source from include H&M, Mango, Aritzia, etc. however we do include pricier items if we feel they are worth the investment.

We release 2-3 guides a week.

Our core guides every month include: Cool Mom (think organized, calm, nurturing) and Easy Morning (think easy-going, down to earth, casual), and our other most popular guides include Hot Girl/Date Night (think bold, extroverted, passionate), Work Wear (think composed, confident, fiery), and Modern Nana (reserved, cultured, sophisticated).

You will get access for a month from the day you join, and your membership will renew until you cancel.

Our Membership Reward System is our way of thanking you for being part of the CGSI family! From the moment you join, you start earning rewards at three milestones: 3 months, 6 months, and 1 year. Each reward is a special service designed to elevate your style journey with us.

At 3 months: Unlock your Virtual Shop, where our stylists will curate a selection of outfits or key pieces tailored just for you.

At 6 months: Receive your Curated Closet, a personalized service where you’ll work with a stylist to create 20-30 curated outfits using the items you already own, all tailored to your unique style. These outfits will be available in our exclusive online closet app, making outfit planning effortless.

At 1 year: Unlock an exclusive 75% discount on the following services: In-Person Overhaul, Virtual Overhaul, Stylist By The Hour, and Pack List.

We’ll send you a series of emails to keep you updated! These countdown emails will remind you when your next reward is coming up, and when it’s officially unlocked.

Once your reward is unlocked, you’ll receive an email with instructions. Just follow the steps and use the provided code at checkout to claim your reward for free.

The Virtual Shop is a one-hour session where our stylists create a curated selection of outfits or recommend a few key items you need. It’s a personalized shopping experience designed to help you find the perfect pieces for your wardrobe.

With Curated Closet, we’ll transform your wardrobe into a collection of ready-to-wear outfits that feel completely you. This service is designed to maximize the potential of what you already own, while giving you access to our exclusive online closet app (typically reserved for Overhaul clients). You’ll have your outfits organized and accessible anytime, anywhere— and it’s yours for free at 6 months!

After one year as a member, you’ll unlock an exclusive 75% discount on the following services:

• Stylist By The Hour

• Pack List

It’s your reward for a year of incredible style!

Once you redeem your reward, using your unique discount code at checkout, you will be put into our system and a stylist will be in touch to book your service. The service will be scheduled based on the stylists' availability.

If you’ve hit a milestone and haven’t received your reward email, please reach out to us at hello@charlygoss.com, and we’ll make sure you get it right away.

Unfortunately, rewards are non-transferable. They are personalized to your style and wardrobe, so they can only be redeemed by the member.

If you cancel your membership before reaching a milestone, you will not be eligible for that reward. However, you will still keep any rewards you’ve already unlocked prior to cancelling.

You will enter the sequence of receiving a reward at 3 months, 6 months and 12 months into your membership.

They do! The 3-month and 6-month rewards must be redeemed within 60 days of receiving the email notification with the details to book your free service. For your 1-year reward, you’ll have 120 days to redeem and use your exclusive discount code.

Since this is a brand-new feature, everyone on the launch date will enter the reward sequence at the same time. You’ll earn your first reward—our Virtual Shop—three months from now!
