Let’s do a breakdown of the rules:
The term ‘bootie’ refers to a short, ankle height boot.
If your boot has the iconic D-shaped heel, it’s likely time to part ways.
The toe shape must be square or pointed, like a V. Almond-shaped toes are a no.
Chunky, platform booties are acceptable.
If the bootie has a stiletto heel, it must be a kitten heel height.
The bootie must be overall elongated, no more of the potato foot.
And angled or curved heel is cool!
